Member Website Service
As a service to new co‑operatives just starting out, and for co‑operatives that do not yet have their own web site, our Member Website service provides you with a free point-and-click website of your own. No set up costs, no hosting charges, and with control over the content of your site.
Using a specially customised version of the web-based content management system that is used by Co‑operativesUK for its own site, you can create and manage your own simple web site, and promote your co‑operative on the internet.
The new service is ideally suited for co‑operatives that have yet to take the step into a full-blown website, and is designed to give you a feel for the benefits that the internet can deliver to your business.
We see this very much as a step up for newly established co‑operatives, or those just putting a toe in the water of the internet. We envisage that after a short period, many of our members that use the service will want to move on to more fully featured websites, and several of our members offer the range of professional web development and hosting services that they will then need.
