Website Survey Terms and Conditions

These are the terms and conditions of entry for the free prize draw of £100 Co‑operative shopping vouchers. To complete the survey, please click here.

• Entry is limited to individuals resident in the UK who complete the Co‑operatives^UK survey regarding its redesigned website. Individuals will only be eligable to win the prize if they work for an organisation that is a registered member of Co‑operatives^UK or were notified of the survey through the mailing sent out via the Constant Contact website.
• All completed surveys returned with a completed, unique contact email address will be entered into the draw for the £100 Co‑operative vouchers. Entry will be limited to one survey per email address.
• Entry will be free of charge, via the Survey Monkey website, and will be consider a "Free Prize Draw" under section 4.6 iv of the guidance document "Prize competitions and free draws: The requirements of the Gambling Act 2005"
• The winner will be selected randomly at the meeting of the Co‑operatives^UK staff team on 9^th March 2009. Members of the Co‑operatives^UK staff team and their families will not be eligible for entry in the prize draw.
• The prize is £100 in Co‑operative shopping vouchers. There will be no cash equivalent prize.
• The closing date for entries into the prize draw will be midnight GMT on Sunday 1^st March 2009.
